Sujan relocated to the UK at 12 due to a civil war in their country, where discrimination against their minority group was prevalent. Their journey was marked by challenges, as biases prevented them from attending good schools, leading to enrollment in underperforming ones. Sadly, they experienced bullying, even from individuals who shared their background.

Starting work at 16 to support their family, Sujan discovered pervasive systemic biases. Determined to dismantle these biases, they became an advocate for equity and inclusion. They firmly believe that anyone capable of doing a good job should have equal opportunities, regardless of their background.

Fairness, a positive work environment, and equal opportunities are crucial to Sujan. They aspire to see individuals progress regardless of their identity, fostering a safe, respectful, and diverse workplace where everyone enjoys equal opportunities.
