Sarika is a British Indian woman who has been employed by Amazon Logistics for the past 4.5 years. With over 15 years of experience in the logistics sector, having previously worked at Royal Mail and G4S Cash Solutions, she considers herself fortunate. Apart from her primary role, Sarika serves as an Amazon Bar Raiser and holds the position of Asians at Amazon Operations Vice President. Additionally, she is pursuing an HR apprenticeship (CIPD L7). At home, Sarika fulfils the roles of a wife and chief organiser. She enjoys playing netball, participating in quizzes, reading, and travelling.
