Sachá has dedicated approximately 16 years to the Community Transport sector. Her journey began while working for a London local authority, where she provided support to individuals recovering from chronic diseases or strokes. Upon relocating to Wales, Sachá seized a local opportunity to establish and oversee a community transport scheme in her village. Recognizing the potential to address local transport challenges, she aimed to positively impact the lives of her community members.
