Over the last 10 years, Paulina has managed and developed Customer-centric teams across the Globe; located within the UK, USA, MENA region and Poland, to name a few.  Paulina began her journey with APG, a Global start-up with a UK head-office, as Customer Care Manager 4 years ago.  Paulina was head-hunted to develop and build from the ground-up, Business support teams, working within the MENA region, initially starting with 10 employees to the thriving workforce of +100 today. Paulina plays a pivotal role at APG, being promoted to Director of Customer Experience, having designed the overall service and support strategy that has become the core foundation of the business. Paulina is proud of the fact that many of her employees have also achieved promotions, developing into great leaders within her teams and other parts of the business. Paulina has excellent communication skills and she is extremely passionate about her work and the people that work for her. This feeling is highlighted by the positive atmosphere within the working environment and employee retention rate. Paulina believes in every women’s potential and try to motivate and encourage the women she works with, to always believe in themselves.
