After building her experience in operational roles, Naomi moved to Hatmill as a consultant in 2018. Since then she has worked with clients in many different industries to optimise and enhance their logistics operations.  

Naomi played a key role in the specialised team that implemented the dedicated PPE network for the NHS at the outbreak of the COVID19 pandemic. She also supported the early COVID19 vaccine rollout in England, developing the initial methodology for allocating vaccines to hospitals for the vaccination of front-line staff.
