Mihaela Stoenica is a Contract Manager for OPX Logistics, with 6 years’ experience in Transport and Logistics. She manages contracts for supermarket giants, Aldi and Lidl, with whom she has built a fantastic working relationship with.

Her key responsibilities include ensuring all the customers’ timeslots have been filled with Drivers and/or traction. She also maintains driver numbers to fill her bookings by interviewing and onboarding new drivers.

Amongst her other key responsibilities, she works with other transport planners in the team to distribute her drivers if they are needed for another customers’ bookings.

Mihaela has excellent communication skills, including being fluent in English and Romanian, which she delivers to drivers and customers every day
