Margaret works in the Global IT Infrastructure Demand & PPM Team of FedEx Express International. She is a P3G Specialist and helps guide the Programme and Project Managers to the successful delivery of their projects.  Margaret also coach and mentor junior members of the Team to ensure that everyone has the confidence to be able to speak up, get their ideas listened to and enable them to make a difference.
