Lisa started her rental career 25 years ago as a Hiredesk administrator. Lisa’s determination led her to become Head of Sales and eventually Sales Director and Co-Owner of Reflex Vehicle Hire. Her contribution to innovation at Reflex has led to the development of award-winning products and services and the implementation of staff wellbeing initiatives such as mental health programmes and menopause policies that she envisions continuously improving. Lisa intends to empower and support other women on her journey and she is passionate about inspiring the next generation of female leaders.
