Lindsay is the Assistant General Manager for Wincanton’s flagship multi-customer Omni site, The Web in Corby which is over 528k sqft, working alongside 200 colleagues. Lindsay has been with Wincanton for 18 months in her current role within the E-fulfilment sector supporting the cultural change of this tuped site and the onboarding and start-up of a number of new customers. Lindsay continues to demonstrate her passion for logistics and has created an inclusive culture supporting the development of the onsite team and connecting with the local community.
