Laura has been working with Cargo iQ, an IATA Interest Group, for over nine years, where she promotes quality and sustainability in the air cargo industry, as well as running several training modules.  Laura has been involved in transport and logistics for 14 years, doing investment research on the sector before joining IATA. Laura is a Costa Rican national who moved to Switzerland 10 years ago to pursue her dream of living abroad.
