Kim is a health and wellbeing manager at Royal Mail and a busy Mum of two boys.   

Responsible for the health and well-being of 130,000 colleagues, Kim supports colleagues to access the right support, raises awareness of key initiatives and encourages open well-being conversations.   

With over 18 years of experience within Royal Mail, Kim has connected colleagues and implemented changes to grow the Let’s Talk Menopause campaign.
