Jenny has progressed to become one of the most influential females at her level.

Starting her career in 2003 among just 2% of female bus drivers in the West Midlands, Jenny worked in various operational roles and is now responsible for the risk management and compliance of 3,500 bus drivers.

She’s an experienced and dynamic operational transport leader with seasoned skills in management, serious incident investigation, lean six sigma, team building and safety management systems.
