Jane started out at John Good just over 10 years ago as a General Forwarding Operator, but since she had already 24 years of previous experience in the industry,  having learned most aspects through various roles with Shipping Lines and Logistics companies, which included aspects of Procedure Management and Development, John Goods quickly re-assigned her to become their first ever Quality & Procedures Manager. 

In performing this role, Jane has become somewhat of a ‘Query Queen’ to all staff, being the ‘Go To’ person to find resolutions to problems.  

Training and mentoring is a large part of the role, which after 34 years in the business is a perfect way to pass on her knowledge and experience to all, and a role which Jane truly enjoys.
