Helen is a Customs Gateway Manager for CEVA Logistics Ltd. Her role includes people management, process improvement, onboarding of new customers, recruitment and anything else that she can get her hands on!   

Helen is passionate about developing people and instilling their own self-belief as she has seen over time that this really helps them to achieve their full potential.   

In her personal life, She is a mum to her daughter, 2-year-old Florence, a step-Mum to Rhys & Leo and has two dogs, Winston & Rex. Helen will be getting married in July and they have just moved into their dream home so there is plenty to be getting on with!
