Dawn Carney is the Managing Director of Fresh Pastures and School Milk UK.  

Dawn has played a pivotal role in turning a traditional milk processing plant into a chilled logistics business, making 3,500 daily deliveries.  

When 95% of this business was lost due to Covid-19, Dawn diversified and embraced the company’s public purpose. Despite driver shortages and supply chain challenges, Dawn continues to implement strategic changes that strengthen and grow the organisation. 

She is an ambassador of women in logistics and her purpose is to make a positive difference
