Charlotte joined OceanBlue Logistics, As the first female employee in 2010 it was an exciting opportunity. Through hard work and determination, she is now a successful Operations Manager. 
 
Her role includes account management of key clients, overseeing all phases of her department and, producing statistical figures. Highly driven with a passion to provide the best possible service, Charlotte strives to go above and beyond. Educating herself with new challenges, she has also become a strong mentor to her team. 
 
In her spare time Charlotte is involved with several charities, together with her husband Michael and their daughter.
