Originally a Skincare Specialist, Billie took a total career change at 21 to logistics with zero prior knowledge about the industry. She’s proved her expertise in leading, educating, and inspiring operational teams.  Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything Billie does. Billie is the lead at 19 FedEx stations, that collect and deliver over 45,000 shipments per week, to improve Customer Experience, Business KPIs and revenue growth. Billie is dedicated to mentoring and supporting others which is evident in her participation in meaningful causes such as leading the Women’s Inclusive Network (WiN) at head office of FedEx in Atherstone, the redesign of HR policies on returning to work for parents and her passion for charity work through FedEx Cares.
