Anika Shenfield is the Learning & Development manager for both Freightliner and Pentalver with over 35 years in the transport & logistics industry. Anika came into the HR function after completing her Level 7 CIPD in Human Resource Management in 2014 and her role focused on creating training programmes that enable employees to acquire new skills so they’re motivated and productive at work and also she is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace.
