After leaving school in 2020, Lauren took the role of an Apprentice Civil Engineer at Kier. For the past two years, Lauren has been working as part of design within the structures team. More recently, she transitioned into her new role as Apprentice Project Manager working on HS2 projects. Alongside her work-based learning, she also completed her Level 3 National Diploma in Civil Engineering, and this year she aims to achieve her EngTech qualification.
