Samantha launched Open Study College at the age of 19 with her Father, after spotting a gap in the market for accessible and fully-supported distance learning. She took on the role of CEO 10 years later at age 29 and has built a team of over 50 people at HQ. The business offers more than 700 courses and 120,000 people across the globe have enrolled and improved their skills and qualifications since 2007. The past 2 years have seen record numbers of learners joining OSC. Through operational and digital transformation projects, Samantha hopes to grow the business to £12m by 2025.
