Eliza Walter

Lylie, Founder

LYLIE Jewellery (www.lylies.com, @lyliejewellery) is shaking up the archaic jewellery industry with its anti-mining stance. The brand’s Bond Street Quality pieces are exclusively made from recycled, antique, and cutting edge, lab-grown materials, and are expertly handcrafted in the UK by local artisans.

Specialising in Ethical Engagement Rings and bespoke design projects, the brand launches annual fine jewellery collections, inspired by the beauty of nature, for both men and women. They also offer the innovative opportunity to exchange old metals for a credit note via their Gold Exchange, or to remodel your old jewellery into a new treasure.

What started as a humble side business for founder Eliza in 2017 has grown organically thanks to support from dedicated customers and global journalism features. Growing up with dyslexia made aspects of school difficult for Eliza, who was removed from mainstream education and sent to a specialist boarding school at the age of 9, but her neurodivergent thinking has always flourished in the creative sphere. A true lover of design, she still designs every piece of jewellery that the brand makes today.
