Caroline is a single mum of two, operating two pioneering soft play centres and a child care nursery, addressing a niche in the market for mothers with young babies and supplying a support network for them.   

She is a finalist for four Gloucestershire awards including Best Business Person of the Year and Best Business 2023. Rugrats and Half Pints are Trip Advisor Travellers’ choice awarded for both centres meaning they e are in the top 10% of attractions worldwide. The nursery opened in 2021 and achieved 10/10 reviews on daynurseries.co.uk.
