Tech is instrumental to the future lives of every person on the planet and that’s why it’s so critical we continue to strive for a gender equal technology sector that can be truly representative of all those it serves. In doing so, we remain ever mindful that ALL under-represented groups are given every opportunity. We need women of every age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, socio-economic background and physical ability to take, and own, her space in the tech world.
