About the everywoman Tech Hub
Giving you access to the skills, connections and support you need to accelerate your career in tech.
With women making up only 25% of computing related job roles, technology remains one of the most underrepresented sectors globally. This figure drops even further when it comes to women from BAME backgrounds even though STEM jobs have outpaced the growth of all others over the last two decades.
We believe this number should be much higher and it’s for this reason we have spent the last 22 years uncovering inspirational role models in our Bupa everywoman in Technology Awards and at our everywoman in Tech Forum.
During this valuable work, we have found many outstanding women across the breadth of the sector who are fulfilling their ambitions to become industry leaders and who are smashing any tech stereotypes. We have celebrated these women, the companies they work for, and the male colleagues who support and champion their success in a number of different ways.
We are now pleased to bring this and much more online – to offer inspiration, access to role models, support, practical self-development and leadership tools in a platform available to all.
We look forward to having you join our supportive community of women and male allies from technical functions across the globe!
