Only half of tech workers in the UK aged 18-24 describe their experience at work entirely positive. A third of this demographic have reported a mixture of positive and negative experiences, and around 11% describe their experience as completely negative. Research has concluded that this is largely due to businesses struggling to establish an inclusive, welcoming environment. Women in particular, have often shared that they’ve felt unwelcome and didn’t sense an inclusive company culture when joining a new organisation.
