What is the program?

Amazon is seeking motivated individuals across the country to launch and operate their own parcel delivery business. The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program provides an opportunity for strong leaders who are passionate about starting their own business. Joining a robust community of small businesses, you will help deliver thousands of parcels to Amazon customers every day.

Since 2011, Amazon have worked alongside dozens of small and local UK delivery companies who have grown their businesses by providing customers with fast, reliable package delivery. As Amazon customer demand continues to grow, this program will enable Amazon to build more capacity and facilitate new, small businesses wanting to take advantage of the growing opportunity in e-commerce package delivery.

CLAIRE WAKE

Managing Director of Reload Logistics, Claire Wake served a full military career, including deployment to Afghanistan and Iraq, before retiring from the military in 2018 and joining Amazon as an Area Manager. Two years later she left her role at Amazon and joined The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program to launch her own logistics company —delivering parcels for Amazon. Now one of the most successful Delivery Service partners engaged by Amazon in Europe, Claire talks about having the confidence to take a leap of faith and why authentic leadership and a motivated team has been key to success in both stages of her career.
