As an Executive Sponsor for Oliver Wyman’s Women in Technology network, Deborah supports women in their technology careers through mentoring and development initiatives.  She spearheads the firm’s relationship with WeAreTheCity and WeAreTechWomen, recruiting more women and creating growth opportunities for current employees.

Deborah is a Strategic Partner at FutureDotNow – part of the coalition of industry leaders focused on closing the digital skills gap, including advocating for a more diverse workforce. She is a Strategy Steering Board member of City of London Corporation’s Women Pivoting to Digital Taskforce, playing an integral role in bringing together business and government groups to bring more attention to, and action around supporting women from non-technical backgrounds to pivot to digital roles.

Deborah is a trustee for Leap Confronting Conflict and GirlguidingUK, supporting digital development and inspiring women in technology. She has been awarded a Fellow of the British Computer Society for her contributions to gender equality in tech.
