About the STEM Early Careers Day
Now in its 5th edition, the STEM Early Careers Day brings together a wealth of both final year STEM students and those in the first two years of their career, for a day that connects them with potential future employers.
With only 1 in 3 STEM roles being occupied by women globally, the event provides students with inspiration, access to mentors and career opportunities along with practical steps for advancing their career. For employers it provides access to a group of ambitious women looking forward to kicking off their STEM career. All available online to make it easy for all those based in the UK to join.
Following feedback from students and employers alike that September enables more students to access early year programmes within corporates, we are delighted to announce the move to 12 September for the programme this year.
The 2024 everywoman STEM Early Careers Day will equip women/girls in their final year studying STEM subjects (or with an interest in moving into a career in technology), or those in the early stages of their careers in technology (2 year or less out of study).
