60 minutes to a happier you

It’s a Monday morning at 8:30am. You pour a coffee and take a bit of a time to look at ahead at your week. Breakfast meetings, lunches, dinners, meetings and networking take up your calendar. When was the last time you took a bit of time out for ‘you time’?  Most of us don’t take the time out to create an effective work/life balance – which unfortunately could lead to unnecessary stress.

Stress is a common feeling, which it’s safe to say, most of us have experienced. However, it is important to control that stress, so it doesn’t develop into something far more detrimental – like anxiety or depression.
