Overcoming self-limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome

“There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.” More than 400 years on William Shakespeare’s words still ring true, because we all have inner beliefs. Empowering beliefs can open doors and be pivotal in helping us maximise our potential. Equally, though, limiting beliefs can be damaging and have the effect of shutting those same doors.

In this thought-provoking webinar Abbie Walsh and Gopali Contractor, both senior leaders at Accenture with very different backgrounds and career journeys talk through their experiences of smashing limiting beliefs and struggling with, and overcoming, imposter syndrome.

In this webinar, Abbie and Gopali discuss:

  • How to overcome fear and turn it into a positive in your career
  • What imposter syndrome looks like and strategies to overcome it
  • How to prepare your mindset to return to work after a career break
  • How to find your support network and career cheerleaders
