Experiencing Menopause in the Workplace – Live Discussion

Although menopause is a time during which women’s bodies and emotions undergo significant natural changes, there is still a surprising lack of awareness surrounding the topic, particularly in professional settings. Recent surveys estimate that 1 million women in the UK are considering quitting their jobs due to the lack of menopausal support in the workplace. This taboo must be broken.

World Menopause Day is an international event which raises awareness of menopause and the support options available for improving women’s physical health and mental wellbeing during this time of life. As well as raising awareness, this webinar will help women and companies create a supportive and safe environment for those experiencing menopausal symptoms at work.

Our everywomanNetwork partner webinars are lively, informal conversations on topical issues related to diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.
