Celebrating male allies in the workplace — Live Discussion

International Men’s Day celebrates the positive value that men bring to the world, and their contribution to improving gender relations and promoting gender equality. Emphasizing the importance of positive male role models, the International Men’s Day statement says: ‘It is only when we all, both men and women, lead by example that we will create a fair and safe society which allows everyone the opportunity to prosper’. Male allyship is a crucial part of achieving a fairer workplace, as it includes playing an active role in helping marginalised colleagues advance. In this session, we’ll ask what male allyship looks like, how we create more male allies and how men and women can better work together to accelerate progress.

Our everywomanNetwork partner webinars are lively, informal conversations on topical issues related to diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.
