According to Joanna Chin, co-founder of health advertising agency Langland, having a clear passion for what you’re trying to achieve is key to encouraging colleagues to share your vision.

So when it comes to asking for the help needed to achieve a goal, whether asking a team member to put in extra hours or a supplier to reduce their price, she has some simple advice.

“I think the more context you can give to somebody, the more they can understand about the why the more likely they are to come on that journey with you to understand where you’re trying to get to and how they can help you get there.”
