  • Claire started out as a Sales Adviser at Vodafone in 1994
  • She then progressed to Regional Manager where she has led 21 stores to achieve top results in sales and customer metrics
  • Following a promotion to Customer Experience Academy Manager she then became responsible for the customer exerience in over 350 stores and improved customer service by 20%
