“being named a winner gave me a platform to speak to others about gender balance, inside and outside my company. I have been contacted by people from locations as far as Australia and Alaska asking for my support. I have also been asked to speak or participate in discussion panels at a number of partner companies. I found the experience very rewarding where I am learning as much as I am helping.”
