Anne has been the HR Director for Secure Trust Bank Group for the past 11 years having worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. She is responsible for the delivery of the HR and training strategy across all Group Companies and has led the business through a period of transformational change including the acquisition, sale and organic growth of new businesses.
As the most senior female at STB she is passionate about supporting personal development in the workplace and leads STBG women’s network set up to assist colleagues in achieving their potential.

Never be afraid to ask for help – in my experience people even the busiest and most senior people are always willing to give it.

Always maintain a sense of perspective and more importantly a sense of humour!

Progression isn’t a right it has to be earnt so always give a 100% and make the most of every opportunity however insignificant it might seem at the time.

Take time to understand the commercial objectives of the business and proactively look for ways to help in the delivery of these.
