Priya Trivedi, M.B.A. and C.P.A., is the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer at G-III Apparel Group. She oversees engagement with the financial and analyst community, while also managing the company’s liquidity and capital needs. Ms. Trivedi, an integral part of the company’s executive leadership team, has led the successfully refinancing of the Company’s balance sheet, raising the company’s profile across the public markets and enhancing its financial strength. Previously, Ms. Trivedi held financial leadership roles at global brands such as Kate Spade and Tommy Hilfiger. She began her career in auditing at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC.
