An XLRI Jamshedpur alumna who is also a result coach and NLP practitioner, Poonam is a result oriented strategic hands on training and development leader with a progressive career of transformational and operational roles spread over 16 years.  

Deft at mentoring, coaching and managing complex business challenges with strong work ethics, interpersonal communication and relationship management, Punam is a certified talent assessor, emotional and spiritual intelligence trainer and is doing her MSC in Psychology at SNHU Manchester. 

She believes empathy and listening are two underutilised superpowers of human beings. Currently she is working as a leadership development professional in an Indian MNC and creating the right talent pool for the organisation to thrive and excel.
