Lucy Ring has pivoted her career, in the last 3 months, into Business Change in the asset management industry. Prior to this, Lucy had 15 years of experience in relationship management and business development, mostly in the asset management industry. She spent two years leading the Global Gender Diversity Group at Janus Henderson Investors, implementing a strategy to make JHI an employer of choice for top talent, with a gender focused lens.
