Amelia started working at ReAssure in 2018 as a manual calculations representative, manually reconstructing policies using different tools consequently Amelia picked up an interest in technology, the coding behind them and their development.

In 2021 Amelia moved into ReAssure now part of the Phoenix Group’s IT division as a business management analyst managing small projects as well as improving the people programme with reward and recognition, DEI work and much more. In 2022 Amelia moved into corporate applications as a Delivery Lead, looking after the operations team, incident response and focusing on continuous improvement.
