Sabine Hammer is Director and the Chief of Staff of Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) EMEA, assuming the role since April 2022. She joined Lenovo in 2018 as Channel Director DACH being responsible for the ISG Partner Ecosystem and SMB Business within Lenovo largest EMEA region. In this role she is a member of the ISG EMEA Senior Leadership Team as well as a Member of the EMEA D&I Board since February 2023.

In her capacity as Chief of Staff, Sabine is supporting Lenovo’s multibillion dollar ISG EMEA business in close cooperation with the ISG EMEA President and the ISG EMEA Senior Leadership Team. ISG represents the fastest growing business group with a global leading portfolio of next generation innovative infrastructure solutions for the datacenter, cloud and edge serving industries across markets.

Sabine responsibility encompasses strategic planning and communication up to securing the operational execution across EMEA with businesses in 16 Markets and 100+ Countries. In her first year as Chief of Staff ISG EMEA delivered a record year and outperformed the market growth by double digit confirming our #1 position in several areas within Lenovo. Sabine direct business impact and achievements has been seen by introducing several new high standards e.g. new Quarterly Employee All Hands Set-Up, new Employee recognition process, new business planning STAMP process as well as introducing CX Market heatmaps just to name view.
