The everywoman India Forum 2020 was held in September. The first week consisted of a senior leaders training programme for high potential women who are looking to step up into senior leadership positions. 

Week 2 consisted of keynotes, panel and round table discussions as well as masterclasses on various leadership and wellness-being themes. Week 1 - Executive Leader Programme


Whatever the context and prevailing challenge, creating confident, authentic and inspirational leaders is central to the everywoman mission. The need to nurture female leaders so that they remain committed, productive, and energised to support their organisation’s direction is constant.

Through the everywoman Executive Leader programme we provide organisations a way to inject innovation, creativity and strong leadership in your teams through our proven format, adapted to an interactive digital design.   

The Leadership sessions are a prelude to our everywoman Forum wherein the sessions will be delivered by expert facilitators to enhance strategic and visionary thinking and develop the skill of workplace storytelling, a powerful and formidable leadership skill.


Executive Leader Programme - 8 September 2020

Session 1: Femin-Win Leadership

The current pandemic has resulted in a humanitarian crisis for all nations and women leaders seem to have dealt with this more effectively. What feminine crisis-management traits can we identify and use effectively to tackle challenges faced in our own organizations? 

This interactive session will delve into the emerging vulnerable groups in the current context of the pandemic, changes in the employee mindset and what it means to lead during these uncertain times. We'll find out how women leaders can leverage inherent strengths to develop innovative solutions. We will also examine the concept of the 'glass cliff' and how we, as women, can turn it into an opportunity. You will also discuss concepts in break-out groups and get a chance to present your thoughts to the audience!
