Clare Parsons is the co-founder of London & NYC strategic consultancy Lansons, bought by private equity backed Team Farner in September 2023. Now the London hub of a European management consultancy, specialising in integrated communications. Lansons is known as a champion of culture, purpose and DE&I: 20 years Best Place to Work midsized top 50 companies . Low/no GPG, 15 years carbon neutral and % profits donated to charity.   

Clare also sits on the Almeida Theatre Development Committee, and is Co-chair advisory council of new writing charity HighTide. Clare is also Exec committee of Global Communication Partners and Former global chair PROI Worldwide, being the first woman in 50 yrs.
