The programme also includes a unique Connector event, where participants connect directly with Board-level headhunters and Chairs, unlocking exclusive employment opportunities.

Elevate to the Board is delivered as a 2-day, in-person programme across 2 consecutive months, with an option to extend into a 12-month experience through senior-level Group Coaching.
