Companies engage with our programmes to build the next generation of women leaders and develop the leadership skills of women in senior management positions. Each training session delivers practical, easy to implement tools and techniques and focuses on developing high-performing, charismatic and confident female leaders, increasing performance, through improved creativity, innovation and authentic leadership styles.
At the end of 2012 in conjunction with Alexander Mann Solutions, we commissioned a comprehensive UK focused research study to look into the factors affecting female middle managers advancement into more senior level roles. We surveyed a representative cross section of UK based female middle managers and HR leaders in the same organisations to delve into any differing perceptions within these two key groups.
