Technology is evolving at breakneck speed, however the proportion of women involved in delivering this advancement is failing to keep pace. At everywoman we are working to address this imbalance in the technology sector.  Recent research by Deloitte indicates that women remain disproportionately underrepresented in technology and account for just 25% of IT roles, which is why the involvement of individuals and the organisations they work for remains as crucial as ever.
