everywoman has been a leader in advancing women in business since 1999. Founded by Karen Gill MBE and Maxine Benson MBE, and later joined by Rosaleen Blair CBE as Chair and investor in 2014, we partner with over 70 global corporate clients such as Accenture, Amazon, and FedEx, impacting a combined workforce of 7.4 million to attract, retain and develop female talent across various sectors.
As a leading women’s network, we are committed to bridging the gender pay gap and elevating female role models across industries through our tailored training programmes, membership options, female-led awards and forums and big solutions for smaller budgets.
Our mission is to empower women by fostering diverse communities and offering development opportunities with leading companies who share our mission. Through our learning programs, we have trained over 200,000 women, emphasising the importance of role models in underrepresented sectors such as Transport and Logistics, Technology, and Insurance.
Our award-winning initiatives celebrate female role models and foster connections within our women’s network and tech hub, creating a vibrant community that supports career growth and leadership development.
