The Partnership Manager works with clients and lead customer experience and engagement. This is achieved through driving Clients’ membership uptake, ensuring corporate members are engaged on the everywomanNetwork and identifying new opportunities with both existing clients and potential leads. Working with a collaborative and integrated approach to deliver bespoke customer solutions, this role brings a high-level of customer contact and interaction.


Key Focus

  • Building and maintaining highly proactive, long-term business relationships
  • Growing and developing relationships with clients
  • Creating and managing growth plans for each stakeholder
  • Optimising engagement and membership renewals
  • Supporting product innovation and development by providing client insight


Key Responsibilities


Client engagement
  • Point of contact following confirmation of corporate membership
  • Provides the client with appropriate toolkits
  • Organises and issues launch collateral for everywomanNetwork
  • Co-ordinates additional contract deliverables, including everywoman Ambassador memberships
  • Organises quarterly meetings either face-to-face or by telephone with client and Account Director and is responsible for the delivery of analytics and reports
  • Liaises with the Account Director to execute a renewals strategy


  • Attend sales meetings to provide client insight and member updates
  • Write and update relevant client plans
  • Provide a fulfillment report of everywomanNetwork take up and activity
  • Provide and keep up to date a list of walkthroughs carried out and their outcomes



  • Experience in delivering high-quality, client portfolio management
  • Confidence to exert commercial negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good at research & data analysis
  • High-level project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills - Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce
