Partnership Manager

The Partnership Manager works with corporate partners and leads customer experience and engagement. This is predominantly achieved through driving membership uptake and engagement on the everywomanNetwork; our personal digital development platform, and identifying new opportunities with both existing partners and potential leads. Working with a collaborative approach to deliver bespoke solutions, this role brings a high-level of customer contact and problem-solving.

 

Key Focus

  • Maximise all product opportunities within our partnerships by building many relationships across client departments. Understanding their priorities, territories, sectors etc. 
  • Optimise membership renewals by creating and managing engagement strategies to maximise client member’s engagement  
  • Supporting product innovation and development by providing client insights back into the business
  • Supporting the sales process by delivering product demonstrations

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Client engagement
  • Point of contact following confirmation of corporate membership  
  • Works with the client to develop an annual implementation plan 
  • Manages the implementation plan and timelines across a portfolio of clients 
  • Provides the client with appropriate assets, toolkits and comms 
  • Co-ordinates additional contract deliverables such as corporate Ambassador & Advocate memberships 
  • Monitors corporate engagement and drives innovative solutions to drive uptake and engagement of the individual corporate members 
  • Organises and leads calls and meetings with clients and Account Directors and is responsible for the delivery of analytics and reports
  • Develops and executes renewal strategies for clients with the Account Directors 
  • Event attendance and networking on behalf of the company to build partner relationships and garner market insight 

 

Reporting
  • Attend internal meetings to provide client insight and member updates
  • Write and update partnership activity plans
  • Update CRM system with client data, member analytics, product demonstration attendance and outcomes
  • Preparation of client quarterly reports and membership analytics

 

Skills

  • Confidence to exert commercial negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good at research & data analysis
  • High level project planning and management – including prioritising and management of challenging deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • IT skills - Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Project Management tools
