Partnership Executive

The Partnership Executive will work closely with the Partnership Managers and Account Directors to assist and manage a number of clients to lead customer experience and engagement.

This is achieved through driving clients’ membership uptake, ensuring members are engaged on the everywomanNetwork platform and identifying new opportunities with both existing clients and potential leads. Working with a collaborative and integrated approach to deliver bespoke customer solutions, this role brings a high-level of client contact and interaction.

 

Key Focus

  • Building and maintaining highly proactive, long-term business relationships
  • Growing and developing relationships with clients
  • Creating and managing growth plans for each stakeholder
  • Optimising engagement and membership renewals
  • Supporting product innovation and development by providing client insight

 

Key Responsibilities

Client engagement

  • Creating partnership contracts and facilitating internal approval process
  • Main day-to-day contact for a number of clients
  • Manages the implementation plan and timelines for clients
  • Creation of appropriate collateral and toolkits for clients
  • Co-ordinates additional contract deliverables, including everywomanAmbassador memberships
  • Organises quarterly meetings with client, Partnership Manager and Account Director and is responsible for the delivery of analytics and reports
  • Support client renewal process with administrative assistance
  • Host product demonstrations where necessary

 

Reporting

  • Attend internal meetings to provide client insight and member updates
  • Creation of quarterly client reports
  • Update CRM system with client data, member analytics, product demonstration attendance and outcomes

 

Skills

  • High level project management
  • Confidence to exert commercial negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good at research & data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills - Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Project planning and management
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development industry highly desirable
